1. What a cookie or similar technique is
This page covers three points: what cookies are, which ones this site sets and what they store, and how you change your settings. The Dutch text is authoritative; this English page is for information.
Cookies are small text files. They are placed on your device when you open a site in the browser. They can make the site work, secure it, remember preferences or show how the site is used. Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act also covers other trackers, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage). We treat those the same way. Web beacons or pixels would record which page you open; we do not use those techniques.
2. What this site stores and what it does not
soapwoodcoreco.click sets one first-party tracker: the storage of your cookie choice. It holds no name, no email and no IP address. We set no third-party tracker: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social button, no embedded map or video. Fonts, images and the site script come from our own domain.
Motion on the page stores nothing. Technical logs at TransIP B.V. are not cookies; they are described in the privacy policy. The contact form itself does not place a cookie; the contents travel through FormSubmit to [email protected], as explained at transfers outside the EEA.
3. The five categories

The banner follows ePrivacy rules and the Dutch cookie provision: three buttons of the same weight — accept all, reject all, customise — and the same access to the pages whichever path you pick. After 182 days we ask again. The same five names appear in the privacy policy.

5. Technical logs at the host
TransIP B.V. (Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6, 1011 DJ Amsterdam, Netherlands) keeps short connection logs to secure the site. That is not a cookie and not a marketing profile. 6. How this page relates to others
This cookie policy sits with the privacy policy and the legal notice. The Dutch version prevails. Effective 1 October 2026, updated 1 October 2026.
