- By public transport: Take tram 22 to Haarlemmerplein, then walk about 6 minutes via Haarlemmerdijk. Bus stop Buiten Oranjesluis (lines 18, 21 and 22) is within walking distance.
The studio has 3 rooms, including a live room of 42 m² and a control room of 18 m². Directions sit on the contact page. To book vocals, a band, mixing, mastering or a podcast, use the form or call the number above.

Studio and production work is charged at the standard VAT rate of 21%. Prices on the service pages include VAT. Business clients also see amounts excluding VAT on quotations. An extract is available via kvk.nl. Invoice questions go to [email protected].
4. Representation
The company is managed by Maarten van der Berg, who works in the studio as managing director and studio manager. Only he, or someone he has authorised in writing, can bind Soapwoodcoreco B.V. when issuing quotations, collecting the 30% deposit, or signing extra documents such as a data-processing agreement when you entrust us with other people’s personal data.
On the floor you will also meet Sophie Dekker (lead engineer, recording and mix) and Noah Jansen (producer and podcast specialist). They run sessions; contractual commitments go through the director or a confirmed quotation. The studio was founded in 2018.

TransIP B.V. is a Dutch hosting provider. The servers for this site therefore sit, as a starting point, in the European Economic Area. 6. Contact form and transfers to the United States
The form on the contact page is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a provider established in the United States. The fields you complete (name, e-mail, telephone, requested service, preferred date and message) go to FormSubmit first and are then forwarded to [email protected].
That forwarding is a transfer of personal data to a third country under Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We rely on it only where a valid transfer tool exists, such as standard contractual clauses or another mechanism Chapter V allows. We do not claim extra safeguards that FormSubmit itself does not provide. Retention, rights and detail sit in the privacy policy. Functional or analytics cookies are set only after a choice in the banner. You can change that later through the cookie policy or (key spwd_consent_v1, kept for 182 days).
7. Intellectual property in the site
Copy, photographs, layout, marks and other elements on soapwoodcoreco.click belong to Soapwoodcoreco B.V. or to licensors. You may read pages and keep a copy for personal, non-commercial use. Re-use, framing or republication needs prior written permission, unless a mandatory exception in the Dutch Copyright Act allows it.
The pieces in the guides — including preparing for a vocal session, mixing budgets, stems and file formats and podcast rights — are informational. They do not grant a licence in third-party music, samples or brands. Recordings you make in the studio follow article 12 of the terms.

Soapwoodcoreco offers studio and production work in Amsterdam. The site describes the following services, with rates including 21% VAT:
