Yes. Both use the same units; B2B invoices have a 14-day payment term as set out in the terms.

You must be at least 16 to book yourself. Younger artists need a legal guardian who books, pays and attends.

We read messages on weekends too, but written quotes go out on working days. Studio hours: Closed Monday. Tuesday through Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Sunday by appointment only.

Yes. Band or podcast setup time is inside your booked block when the quote says so. Arriving late shortens recording time, not the price.

Up to 6 musicians at once, depending on setup. Extra guests in control? Tell us in advance so we can plan seats and monitoring.

Usually yes: guitars, bass, sticks, pedalboards. Drum kit and amps are in the studio; details per session on band recording or vocal recording.

Drinks with lids are fine in the hallway; strong-smelling food stays outside the recording rooms to protect mics and panels.

Extensions only by agreement and if the next booking allows it. Extra time is invoiced per started unit from your quote.

24-bit WAV at project sample rate (often 48 kHz) by default. Other formats on request; see stems and file formats.

12 months after the last session or mix/master delivery. We then delete server copies; keep your own backups.

Yes when the quote includes it. Mix projects may deliver bounced tracks or stems as agreed; stem master pricing is on mastering.

Secure download link or to your cloud drive. Physical media only if agreed upfront and invoiced.

No. We do not use session material to train machine-learning models and we do not clone voices without written permission.

We use it to reply and prepare a quote. Retention and rights are in privacy policy; cookies in cookie policy.

Photos or short video are fine with everyone’s consent and without disturbing other bookings. No livestreams without prior agreement.

2 rounds with bundled feedback per track or episode as in the quote. Extra rounds are billed per hour or per track.

Bundled in one email or time-stamped notes in a single document. Messages spread over days count as multiple rounds.

Yes. Send a mix without a limiter on the master bus; rates on mastering. EP packages up to five tracks cost less per song.

Standard services target stereo streaming. Immersive formats are discussed case by case via contact.

We schedule by availability and specialty (podcast, band, vocals). Ask for Sophie or Noah in your enquiry if you have a preference.

Yes, 21% VAT is included in published rates. Services also shows excl. VAT amounts.
