1. What this information is

The pages on soapwoodcoreco.click describe how Soapwoodcoreco works: 3 rooms in the Haarlemmerbuurt, hours Tue–Fri 10–22, Sat 11–18, and services such as Vocal recording, Band recording, Mixing, Mastering and Podcast recording. Those descriptions are written with care, but they remain a snapshot. They do not replace a quotation or a conversation about your project.

2. Not advice

Pieces in the guides — including vocal preparation, mixing budgets, stems and podcast rights — are practical notes from the control room. They are not legal advice on licences, not tax advice on VAT or invoices, and not medical advice on hearing or the voice.

Rights in music, samples and guests are yours to arrange, or a counsellor who knows your file. The studio supplies the engineering; we do not act as a collecting society and we do not promise that an example in an article fits your release. If you are unsure, ask through contact or [email protected] before you lock a session.

3. Prices, hours and availability

Site rates include 21% VAT and are for orientation. Examples: vocals from €95 per hour, band from €125 per hour, mix from €185 per track, master from €68 per track, podcast from €78 per hour. The sum you owe is the sum in the accepted quotation, with the 30% deposit in article 6 of the terms.

Hours: Closed Monday. Tuesday through Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Sunday by appointment only.. A slot is yours only after acceptance and the deposit. We do not keep a waiting-list hint or a scarcity line: if a date is free we say so; if it is taken, we say that too. The service list is on services.

4. Artistic outcome

A recording, mix or master is the product of people, arrangement, room and time. We bring 24 microphones, 2 booths and an engineer; you bring a voice, a band or stems. How that mix sounds depends on choices we make together. That is not a results obligation and not a promise about streams, playlists or reviews.

Revisions on mix and master run through the 2 rounds in the terms. A file that opens, plays and matches the agreed format can be technically fine while you want a different taste. That taste is handled in the rounds, not through this disclaimer.

5. Links to third parties

The site points to sources we do not control, including kvk.nl, acm.nl, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, TransIP B.V. and FormSubmit. Those pointers are for orientation. We are not responsible for the content, uptime or privacy policy of those destinations, except where the law still gives us a duty — for example because FormSubmit processes the contact form, which the privacy policy explains.

An external page can change after we placed the link. Check that you have reached the body you intended before you leave data there.

6. Availability of the website

We aim for a reachable site, hosted by TransIP B.V.. Maintenance, a host outage or a network fault can take pages offline for a time. That is not a failure in a studio session. Bookings run by e-mail, telephone 020-737 4821 or the form; if the form fails, call or write to [email protected].

Cookies and similar technology follow the cookie policy. We store your choice under the key spwd_consent_v1 for 182 days. You can change that later via cookie preferences.

7. Liability for the site

For loss that follows only from using or being unable to use the website, Soapwoodcoreco B.V. is liable only for an attributable failure and only for direct, foreseeable loss. That limit does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness, not to injury or death, and not where mandatory law forbids a cap. It does not cut back rights you have as a consumer, or rights under an accepted quotation.

8. Intellectual property in the site

Copy, images and design on soapwoodcoreco.click belong to Soapwoodcoreco B.V. or to licensors. You may read pages and keep a copy for your own, non-commercial use. Redistribution, scraping or republication needs permission, unless a mandatory exception in the Dutch Copyright Act allows it.

Recordings you make in the studio follow article 12 of the terms, not the copyright in the website. Photographs on the site are atmosphere shots of rooms and work; they do not promise a particular microphone, console or artist on your date.
